Return and Refund Policy

Most products sold by The CATM Shop are made to order through Printify and its print providers. Please review product details and size information carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 30 days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, contains a printing error, or is different from the item ordered.
Submit the request through our Contact Form and include:
- Your order number.
- The affected product and a description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the product and the problem.
- A photograph of the shipping package or label when relevant.
After reviewing the request, we may provide a replacement, reprint, refund, or another appropriate resolution. Do not mail an item to us or to Printify unless we provide return instructions through the contact form.
Made-to-Order and Personalized Products
Because products are made specifically after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size, color, material, design, or quantity.
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Personalized or customized products that were produced as ordered.
- Normal variations in color caused by screens, materials, or print processes.
This limitation does not affect any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Production can begin shortly after checkout. Submit a request through our Contact Form immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order has entered production.
Shipping Problems
Use our Contact Form if tracking shows a package as delivered but it has not arrived, or if a shipment appears lost. Include your order number and confirm the shipping address entered at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional production or shipping charges may apply when an order must be replaced or reshipped because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, or refused.
Approved Returns
If a physical return is required, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return destination privately through the contact form. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, although banks and card issuers may require additional processing time. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the refund results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

All return, refund, cancellation, and order-support requests must be submitted through our Contact Form. We will provide any necessary private contact or return-shipping details after reviewing the request.
